  • Heating by stainless steel armoured resistance(s), placed behind the deflector and "direct" steam by "nebulisation".
  • Depth loading, GN plates 1/3 - 1/2 - 2/3 - 1/1, removable plate holder structure, 67 mm spacing.
  • Easy after-sales service, front access.
  • Baking chamber in AISI 304 stainless steel, rounded corners and corners (easy maintenance), deep-drawn bottom with discharge.
  • Integrated condensate collection tray (on the door), directly connected to the discharge.
  • Internal allogenic light.
  • Door with thermal double glazing (reversible), "ventilated" air space between the panes of glass, allowing the cooling of the outer glass, hinged inner glass (easy maintenance).
