Inclined cooking hob in brushed treated steel (food grade, according to Moka standards) with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral rim guaranteeing perfect watertightness.
Drawer for collecting cooking juices.
Gas heating, by burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame.
Appliances built in compliance with the standards (CE) in force.
