- Version with hard chrome plate "50 µm".
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable levellers.
- Cast iron cooking hob with high thermal conductivity, equipped with a welded peripheral rim guaranteeing a perfect seal. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
- Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed underneath the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 120°C to 320°C, by thermostat.
- The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
- The treatment of the hard chrome plate (thickness "50 µm") guarantees you:
- Hygienic cooking.
- Easy maintenance.
- Less heat radiance towards the user.
