AISI 430 stainless steel oven, rounded corners, enamelled steel floor, removable structure, double-walled door, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Very high efficiency brass burners and rings, "Flower Flame" technology, gas valve control, enamelled cast iron grates, (385x285 mm).
Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, placed in the vault and under the floor of the oven.
ON/OFF switch, regulation from 110°C to 285°C, with 1 grid.
